Returns & Refunds

Our standard If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.

Return window 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How to return Email support@northjk.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions and a return authorisation.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items Inspect your order on arrival. If something isn't right, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it.
